以time-lapse培養系統觀察胚胎孵化之方式，
發現不同受孕方式(IVF 或 ICSI)會影響囊胚期胚胎孵化之方式

ICSI好發生type 1 孵化
IVF 好發生type 2 孵化

Type 1 was characterized by penetration of the zona pellucida (ZP) by small trophectoderm projections, 
type 2 was preceded by a regular rupture of the ZP followed by extrusion of the blastocyst.
